3-Stage Reverse Osmosis:

Stage 1

Sediment Filter - Sediment filters are used to remove particulate matter from water. Sediment filters work by trapping the particulate matter in a media, such as sand, gravel, or anthracite coal. The water then flows through the media, leaving the particulate matter behind. Particulate matter can come from various sources, including leaves, grass, and dirt.

Replace the sediment filter once per year.

Stage 2

Carbon Filter - Carbon is very good at absorbing impurities and contaminants. So when water passes through the carbon filter, the impurities are trapped on the surface of the carbon particles.

Replace the Carbon filter once per year.

Stage 3

Semi-Permeable Membrane - A semi-permeable membrane is a selective barrier that only allows certain molecules or ions to pass through it. This means that it can be used to separate two solutions by only allowing the passage of water molecules.

Replace the semi-permeable membrane 5 to 10 year.

Cold Water Refrigeration

Convection-cooled condenser. Internal, sping-mounted, hermetically sealed compressor with automatic overload protector requires no lubrication. The refrigerant is controlled by a capillary tube.

Cold Water Thermostat

The temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat. You can easily access it on the rear of the unit.

Durable heavy-duty type 300 series stainless steel with external copper refrigerant coil encased in pre-fitted molded plastic foam insulation.

Hot Water Tank

The heating element is 500 watts. The hot tank is made of one piece of type 300 series stainless steel, making it easy to replace or service without breaking any connections.
